Registration

Register a team of 10 students and 1 teacher or parent volunteer to be a part of the live event. Each team will be matched with an engineer from a sponsoring company.

Information for Teachers

  • Each school is individually responsible for transportation. Bus parking will be available. Personal vehicles may be parked in Moody Parking Garage for $5.
  • Participants should enter Moody Coliseum from the west entrance.
  • Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m., with the program beginning at 8:30 a.m. Each student will be provided with a T-shirt and nametag upon arrival.
  • Due to space constraints, we ask that students do NOT bring coats, purses, and bags. Activities will take place indoors.
  • Teachers/Parents Volunteers will stay with their team of students throughout the entire day.
  • Please bring the completed release forms the day of the event. We require signed release forms for all of the students, teachers, parent volunteers. Required forms are as follows:

    Students must have:

    1. Student Liability Release (pdf) – NOTE: this form MUST be notarized.
    2. Photo Release (doc)

    Educators must have:

    1. Adult Liability Release (doc)
    2. Photo Release (doc)
