ENGINEERING "REDSHIRT" YEAR

To help increase the quantity and quality of students
entering engineering programs at the university level,
The Institute will promote a "redshirt"
academic year program.

Intended for students who demonstrate the ability
to perform successfully in engineering school,
but do not yet have the background to begin such
a program, the redshirt training curriculum
will offer students supplemental courses
in areas such as study skills, time
management and financial management,
as well as traditional studies in math and science.
